I come from a long line of people who knew much better what they didn't want than what they wanted to do in life.
It is easier to be against something than for something. To say no but to wish yes.
It is very similar with the expression of ideas or in my case making films.
it is easier to explain what kind of documentary this will not be than to explain what kind of film I want to make.
Smart people say that a documentary does not need a script, but it does need a strategy or a manifesto.
I am not wise, and according to my humble experience, in order for the film to come to life, the script must die.
